Physician Extenders interested in learning more about our services are welcome to fill out our contact form, and someone will contact you within 3 to 4 business days to answer your questions.

All Physicians interested in joining our network of supervisory or collaborating physicians will fill out our brief contact form by clicking here. Someone will contact you within 3 to 4 business days for guidance.

The level of involvement is determined by the Physician/Physician externder discretion and applicable state laws.

The cost is determined by your Physician Colleague’s specialty and their level of involvement/risk. Once a fee is decided, it will be a fixed cost that will not change unless there are alterations affecting the agreement.

Upon first agreement with the Collaborating Clinician, both Physician and Physician Extenders are screened for any adverse actions against their license.

Collaborating Clinician will do our best to secure another replacement Physician for you promptly.

Contracts are generally one year long and will renew automatically yearly.

If you feel that one of our Physicians isn’t a good fit for your practice, you can give Collaborating Clinicians a three-month notice in writing of your decision to terminate the contract with the said Physician, and every attempt will be made to identify a Physician replacement who is a better fit.

No. Our Physician Collaborator or Supervisor will be added to the facility’s current malpractice insurance. Because the Physician will not have direct interaction with patients, this should not be prohibitively expensive.
